We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at canadasexporter@gmail.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.
